There’s also healing movement exercises for woman warriors, channeling, clairs, poetry, arts to liberate your creativity and feminine wisdom.

During this time we need feminine wisdom to rise! We need female leaders to step up and lead through heart. Lead through wisdom. To heal the sisterhood wound, to liberate from patriarchy and use words, use our voices to remember, to create the harmony. Not to destroy or rule. As a woman, we carry so much power. The feminine is the Creator. And together we are more!

MY PURPOSE IS TO RETURN HARMONY TO ALL THERE IS

As you free your voice you free your Soul, and as you free soul, as you free your voice your true voice, your creator wombs voice, there is truth always around. You are not ready to abandon yourself anymore, you’ll never do that again.

My purpose in this life is to return the harmony to all there is, to heal. To walk on a side. To give the tools from the Divine to truly begin the healing journey or the journey of the remembrance and also offer the sacred space for the women to remember together, to support each other in a good times and during the darker times on their timelines. So when I say I’m hear to heal and I don’t do that by offering irregular plasters, I truly mean this because Sola Tribe is not some weekly class or some beautiful course, the world is filled with beautiful courses and weekly classes, and they truly are needed.. heck, I take those also and I loved to hold weekly classes as well, but they are there to provide some tools to certain moments in which we need some special tools to.

..LET ME EXPLAIN MYSELF..

for you to understand What I mean by the irregular plasters is that us human, we commonly do some once a week practices to help some problem of ours… for example, we have serious sleeping problems, our nervous system is going crazy all the time and what we do is that we take a plaster, we do something to help us in a moment, perhaps once a week and we sleep better or are more relaxed straight after, but for the rest of the week, well, we do everything opposite. And that is the thing! I am here to guide women towards the overall wellbeing as a woman. And what it means is that we truly start to listen to our true nature. And what that means.. well, that is a whole another story.

So, when I talk about the commitment, commitment to oneself, it is honest work, it is honest listening what’s happening inside and what is truly for the highest good of one, yeah. So it is honest work, requires lot of remembering, healing as well. And courage, it really requires a warrior type of work because you are fighting against patriarchy, against the society which is not actually providing the tools for healing at all. But you got it all in you and I, Maria Sola, as well as all the sisters in this tribe, are here to help you.

THE TOOLS FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE

Sola Tribe is a membership where you truly get to have the tools for the rest of your life. So this requires a commitment to yourself, to your soul, to your womb. Commitment to live as a woman, as a warrior. Us women, from all around the world, we struggle with same kinds of things. We are not so different.There are some cultural differences but the background is the same.

What I want each and every woman to learn is how to harness the power, the feminine wisdom inside and truly liberate that. Liberate the voice. And the voice is the key because the soul’s voice is so powerful tool. It’s powerful tool on its own, but it is something that when you combine your soul’s voice, all the healing frequencies of the voice, the possibilities in the voice.. when you combine that in to any other healing practice, well… oh women! This is something we truly have to do because it’s then hundreds times more effective!

So yeah! Sola Tribe is there to walk with you to the liberation and even further! Because after the liberation the journey truly begins. And then it is very interesting what can happen when female leaders step ford and take their places on the way to the New Earth!

TIME TO UNDERSTAND YOUR OWN WORTH

As you free your voice, you free your heart. And as you free your heart, you free your light, and you are not ready to dim your light anymore. But you are doing that in very heartfelt way, and at the same time you set an example for everyone about how huge and vast your Soul’s voice is. And you won’t abandon yourself anymore, your Soul anymore, and you truly understand your own worth. And as you understand your own worth and acknowledge your beautiful, unique gifts, you begin to understand the worth of others as well.

As you liberate your voice, your soul, you learn to recognize your souls truest wishes and you begin to understand the energies around you, the feminine wisdom and this is the moment you then always remember your heart, always remember to listen to your own voice, because that voice is never lying. And that helps you to avoid the situations where there is a risk that you are called to not honor yourself, you are called to turn your back for yourself, risk for manipulation or not pure, loving intentions. And as you free your soul’s voice, then it is your decision, ’cause you always have a choice wether to listen to yourself or not. Wether to act for you or against you. You are the one choosing, so chose wisely.

And especially when we are on a spiritual path, we often think that it is bad to honor myself first. But that is exactly the core for everything. I mean think about it.. how does it leave you feeling when you step on yourself time after time after time? I mean, do you think that that’s the lesson we are here to learn? How to step on ourselves better and better? No, if you really want to do the work, first you do the inner work, which during you understand that you are your number one asset, that there is only one you. And you are so valuable, so valuable, that you never ever want to harm yourself again. Your uniqueness, your gifts are yours for a reason.  And when you are listening your soul, when you are listening your true voice, then you understand, that at the same time you value yourself to the highest, at the same time you won’t ever harm anyone, you wont.. and though you value yourself to the highest, you are still on a service mission if you may, but you are then going to do everything full hearted with no bitterness in you, because you are not dimming your light, you are not selling yourself cheap and you are not lowering your value anymore. That you are doing everything whole hearted and from pure love. And you are able to work with grace, ease, abundance and joy. And it is not selfish to work with grace, ease, abundance and joy.. it’s beautiful, work created from harmony.

SISTERHOOD WOUND, WITCH WOUND..

But you have to learn to do that and there might be a very tough lessons to learn during that ride..since it often requires some healing to do. Sisterhood wound, witch wound, a lot of harmful pattern breaking.. and as you open yourself for the healing, remember even if the journey is very difficult some points (duh, facing your shadow self is not a pretty ride), it is also rewarding. As you make space for your truest self to enter, your gifts to rise and your consciousness to expand. It is the path of pure joy, love and magick as well.

It feels like the road has been so narrow and suddenly the road is wide and so open and full of possibilities, and the amount of work that it required was all worth that. And it is somehow very relieving to realize that the life moves in a spiraling cycle. And actually perhaps you’ve noticed how there’s the good and the bad often present in your life simultaneously. The task is to learn from the dark and enjoy the good.

The Voice of Soul is the Voice of Love and it is the Greatest of all. And it can make the Miracles happen. That at the same time you begin to heal, body mind and soul, your world begin to widen and the curtain starts to open for the vastness of the universe.

THIS IS NOT A VOICE THERAPY NOR SINGING COACHING

So, as you enter to The Sola Tribe to begin the journey of a Soul Warrior, the very important thing to understand here is that this is not a voice therapy or learning different kinds of singing techniques, although you can also use your liberated voice as a very good tool in singing as well. This is a profound journey towards ones soul. this is a very deep journey towards wholeness. This is a journey towards freedom, liberating your healing gifts, your miraculous self and to remember what the feminine wisdom truly mean.

Everything vibrates in sounds. yourself, your surroundings and the whole universe. Yeah us human we tend to use the voice only to speaking and singing and quite often when we do that, there is only the mind involved… but what happens when you dive lot deeper through your voice. when you dive towards your soul. When you start listening your soul and also producing sounds through your soul and as we go further, through the healing energies, if we let them. The healing energies that surround each and everyone of us. The Light energy through cosmos and earth.

THE JOURNEY OF A TRUE WARRIOR

The journey towards the soul is a journey for a true warrior.  ’cause the profound journey towards wholeness means that there is quite often quite many things you have to go through first. But it is all worth that ’cause afterwards you’ll feel more home in yourself than ever before. And you understand that you can trust your own uniqueness and your authenticity. You can trust your voice, you can truly trust the Source and Earth as well. You don’t have to try to find someone else to blame anymore for your problems or the one’s that are quilty of different kinds of things in your life or in the world. Because you know, when you are living from your heart, then you can always eventually find the inner peace in situations. Let the others act the way they feel is the best and you can always stand in your own hearts truth. And this is the point when the true woman leader, the soul warrior steps forward. Healed, whole and aligned. Ready to lead the way.
