We are energy, and our environment is energy. How we vibrate in this Universe tells us a great deal about ourselves and our current state. The way we care for ourselves, the thoughts we carry, how we allow the external world to affect us—these all have a direct impact on our own energy, our vibration. This affects how we feel, and how our bodies feel.

Harmonizing Energy and Sound Healing 90 - 120 min, 159 €

I have streamlined the services in my healing center, now focusing exclusively on offering this deeply transformative, holistic, and healing treatment. The harmonizing energy and sound healing is a 1.5 to 2-hour journey back to the source of remembrance and empowerment. In the session, I intuitively use various techniques and teachings that I have gathered over time. I act as a channel for the highest healing energy. The session often includes healing energy through my voice, energy healing, and healing touch (or I may work with my hands hovering above your body), therapeutic soundscapes, as well as clairvoyance and spiritual coaching. Recently, the treatments have increasingly involved light code activations, activations of the client’s gifts, and I am especially grateful for this. I feel that a new time is upon us, and more people are ready to step into their gifts.

Course of the Treatment

The treatment begins the moment you reach out to me. Often, I may already receive some intuitive information about how you are, even before you've shared it with me. When you come for the session, I am already in the healing energy, and we always begin with a conversation. During this time, you can share how you’re feeling and what specific areas you would like me to focus on during the session. Often, the solutions are already present in this conversation, with a strong healing energy surrounding us.

During the session, you will rest under a blanket in a warm, comfortable space, and you can relax fully. You will have about an hour to rest, after which we will review the course of the treatment and any insights that arose. The treatment may be a physically powerful experience, so it's important to gently bring your awareness back into your body, drink tea, and chat with me. However, the treatment usually feels wonderfully restorative and healing, like a journey back to your timeless self. Often, after the session, I will offer guidance to help you take care of yourself based on the issues that arose during the treatment.

The treatment doesn’t end when you leave the energy center; it continues for several days. You may still experience physical sensations, or unusual thoughts may suddenly come to you. You might even have vivid dreams. All of this is often part of the ongoing healing process and is for your highest good. Below are details about the techniques I intuitively use during treatments, based on your needs:

Energy healing is an extremely gentle healing modality that restores the energy body and the nervous system. It cleanses and often makes room for something that wishes to emerge. The liberating effects of the treatment also reflect on other levels, such as physical ailments or mental blockages. During the treatment, your nervous system will calm, and you will enter a deep, relaxed state, where your body’s natural healing processes are activated. The experience can be very powerful, purifying, and consciousness-expanding. Energy healing helps you listen to your inner voice, intuition, and perceive the interrelationship between your body, mind, and soul—allowing you to better understand the root causes of any imbalances in these areas. The treatment strengthens the free flow of energy in your body, relaxing and reinforcing you.

Energy healing is a safe treatment for everyone, including children and animals. The universal life force energy flows during the treatment to where it is most needed, and only as much as your body and mind can absorb or need to receive. During the session, you will rest on the healing table under a blanket or sit comfortably in a chair. I channel Universal Reiki energy through my hands, and during the treatment, I will gently touch your body over your chakras and energy centers or keep my hands slightly above your body. During the treatment, I may also receive messages from the highest light guides and helpers. These messages are always for your highest good. The effects of the treatment typically continue for a couple of weeks after the session.

Healing Sound is channeled as needed during the treatment. Healing energy flows through my voice, sometimes as beautiful melodies, sometimes as metallic, long sounds. Often, the energy is channeled through sound using various shamanic methods, such as Joik and soundscapes originating from Native American traditions. The sounds are always harmonious and vibrate in your body as healing energy. Light language is almost always present in the treatments, and you may be surprised by how familiar that language feels to you.

We can also begin the session with a sound bowl relaxation, where the therapeutic, euphoric sounds of Tibetan singing bowls guide you into a relaxed state, enhancing the effects of the treatment and activating your body’s natural healing processes.

The effects of the sound treatment:

• Restoring the normal function of the body and correcting imbalances.

• Harmonious sounds calm the mind and increase the feeling of well-being.

• Sound vibrations cause the body’s trillions of cells to harmonize, clearing energy blockages in the energy channels (meridians).

• Harmonious sounds slow brainwave rhythms from the normal waking beta state to alpha and theta frequencies, activating the body's healing energies.

• The sounds travel through the body and surrounding aura, affecting the body’s fluids, cells, bones, tissues, organs, and brainwaves.

• Emotions find space as the body and mind calm down.

• The connection between body, mind, and soul is strengthened.

Spiritual Coaching is also an integral part of the treatment. Energy healing always includes progress and solution-focused guidance.
