Free Your Voice workshop offers participants the opportunity to find their own voice, perhaps hidden for a long time, and to connect with the flow of healing sound energy. Healing sound is explored through various exercises that liberate the body and mind, and it is slowly possible to discover a new world through their own voice. It is time to dive deep to the place where the creativity flows free. Where the joy and harmony are the base for your true being.

After this, the participant can rest and receive a sound journey and group energy healing channelled by Maria Sola.

The participant does not need to have any experience in producing sound. This circle is an intuitive sound and healing sound circle, where musical experience is not important. Instead, releasing your own voice can be a deep and very healing experience.

During the sound journey and group energy therapy, in addition to the healing sound channeled by Maria Sola, a shamanic drum and other therapeutic instruments that enhance deep relaxation will be played in the space. The participant may also find themselves engaging in sound production during relaxation.
