You do not need to have any experience in producing sound. This circle is an intuitive sound and healing sound circle, where musical experience is not important nor needed. Instead, releasing your own voice can be a deep and very healing experience.

During the sound journey and group energy therapy, in addition to the healing sound channeled by Maria Sola, a shamanic drum and other therapeutic instruments that enhance deep relaxation will be played in the space.
